A little about me … I’m a wife to a creative, fun-loving husband and mom to three wonderful children. And I love weddings! I love when the most magical day comes together perfectly for couples who are ready to start the rest of their lives together.
Every wedding needs a planner — someone who can strategically create a budget, select the right vendors, and create a timeline that pulls all the wedding details together. My goal is to create a “dream team” of vendors that’s unique for each wedding and to execute the wedding timeline in such a way that the couple, wedding party, family, guests, and vendors experience their Best. Day. Ever!

- Coordination is when our team steps in the last few weeks before your event to take over all of the plans you have already made and make sure they come together! With Coordination, we coordinate between the vendors, our clients (you), and the timeline to make sure your plans come together just the way you intended.
- Wedding planning is when we work together to map out every aspect of your event. I will help you find & book vendors, create a design, source decor, track your budget, and organize the behind the scenes details. Wedding planning packages include all coordination services.
My goal is to connect my clients with the right vendors and thereby actually save you money overall. I have saved clients thousands of dollars by thoroughly reading contracts and making sure we are hiring the right vendors and there are no job overlaps. I protect the wedding investment. I ensure we are hiring the right vendors and that they are reliable. I make sure that your contract is honored and you get all the amenities you are due. In many ways, you can’t afford to not have a wedding planner.
Yes, you are a perfect client for JamiEvents! I can be your boots on the ground here. I can attend meetings and scope things out for you. We can communicate via text, phone calls and zoom until you are able to come locally for vendor meetings.

Reach out for a free consultation, which we can have in person at my office in Kingsport, TN, at a local coffee shop or over Zoom. Next, I will send a contract for your review. If my services fit your needs, please return it signed with a $150 deposit to hold your date. We will jump right into wedding planning after that.
I find I am most successful when I can match my clients to vendors I know and love, ones that I have worked with before, those that have proven to be excellent and consistent. For this reason, I only offer wedding planning services in the Greater Tri-Cities area, the Appalachian Highlands.

- Customized assistance in assembling your dream wedding team.
- Crafting and managing your wedding budget.
- Access to my list of preferred wedding vendors.
- Attendance at vendor appointments upon your request.
- Careful review of all wedding vendor contracts.
- Creation of a mood board to be distributed to the vendor team.
- Coordination of vendor schedules and contracted hours for your day.
- Site visits to both the ceremony and reception locations, as needed.
- Crafting a detailed wedding timeline six weeks before your wedding.
- Distributing the timeline to all vendors two weeks before the big day.
- Communicating with all contracted vendors prior to your wedding.
- Supervision of the wedding rehearsal.
- Arrival three hours before the ceremony, unless otherwise specified.
- Direct oversight of on-site wedding vendors and setup teams.
- Handling boutonnieres and corsages.
- Supervising decor setup.
