I’m a wife to a creative, fun-loving husband and mom to three wonderful children. I truly love weddings and the way they bring people together to celebrate one of life’s most meaningful moments. Watching a couple’s vision come together as they begin the next chapter of their lives is something I never take for granted.

At JamiEvents, I focus on wedding planning because the strongest, most seamless weddings are built from the start. Planning alongside a professional early on allows you to spend your budget wisely, assemble a well-matched vendor team, and avoid last-minute stress, resulting in a smoother planning experience and a better wedding day overall.
My goal is to connect my clients with the right vendors and thereby actually save you money overall. I have saved clients thousands of dollars by thoroughly reading contracts and making sure we are hiring the right vendors and there are no job overlaps. I protect the wedding investment. I ensure we are hiring the right vendors and that they are reliable. I make sure that your contract is honored and you get all the amenities you are due. In many ways, you can’t afford to not have a wedding planner.
Yes, you are a perfect client for JamiEvents! I can be your boots on the ground here. I can attend meetings and scope things out for you. We can communicate via text, phone calls and zoom until you are able to come locally for vendor meetings.

Reach out for a free consultation, which we can have in person at my office in Kingsport, TN, at a local coffee shop or over Zoom. Next, I will send a contract for your review. If my services fit your needs, please return it signed with a $200 deposit. We will jump right into wedding planning after that.
I find I am most successful when I can match my clients to vendors I know and love, ones that I have worked with before, those that have proven to be excellent and consistent. For this reason, I only offer wedding planning services in the Greater Tri-Cities area, the Appalachian Highlands.

Creating Your Best Day Ever
Full-Service Wedding Planning is designed for couples who want experienced guidance from start to finish. This service includes strategic planning, vendor coordination, and hands-on execution to ensure a seamless and well-organized wedding day.
Scope of Services
• Consultation via text, phone, Zoom, email, or in person
• Access to JamiEvents’ list of trusted local vendors
• Assistance with creating and managing your wedding budget
• Strategic guidance and recommendations to build your vendor team
• Attendance at select vendor appointments and venue walk-throughs
• Review of vendor contracts and coordination of vendor schedules
• Site visits to ceremony and reception locations as needed
• Development of a detailed wedding timeline two months prior
• Distribution of timeline and communication with all vendors
• Follow-up with vendors leading up to the wedding
• One-hour rehearsal coordination
Wedding Day Coordination
• Arrival four hours prior to ceremony (unless otherwise indicated)
• Supervision of décor setup and on-site coordination
• Limited décor setup (welcome table, cake table, favors, dance floor props)
• Pinning of boutonnieres and corsages
• Coordination of post-ceremony family photos
• Delivery of final payments and gratuities to vendors
• Oversight of cleanup and breakdown for 30 minutes post send-off
• One security officer provided for events where alcohol is served
Investment & Fees
Full-Service Wedding Planning & Coordination
10% of total wedding vendor costs (minimum fee $2,000)
Includes venue, catering, bar, photography, DJ, cake, florals, hair & makeup, officiant, and on-site vendors.
Excludes attire, invitations, stationery, and personal purchases.
Payment Schedule
• $200 non-refundable retainer due upon signing (applied toward total fee)
• $900 due within 30 days of contract signing
• $900 due at the time of timeline creation
• Remaining balance due 30 days prior to the wedding date
Add-Ons
• DIY vendors: $250 per vendor
• Guest table setup (plates, glassware, cutlery): $200
• Additional staff: $20/hour ($50 minimum)
• Pickup/return of linens & items from Action Rental: $50
• Day-of concierge services: priced upon request
• Travel (venues 50+ miles from Kingsport): $0.75/mile + local hotel stay
