I have saved clients thousands of dollars by thoroughly reading contracts and making sure we are hiring the right vendors and there are no job overlaps. I protect the wedding investment. I ensure we are hiring the right vendors and that they are reliable. I make sure that your contract is honored and you get all the amenities you are due. In many ways, you can’t afford to not have a wedding planner.
Yes, you are a perfect client for JamiEvents! I can be your boots on the ground here. I can attend meetings and scope things out for you. We can communicate via text, phone calls and zoom until you are able to come locally for vendor meetings.

If my services fit your needs, please return it signed with a $200 deposit. We will jump right into wedding planning after that.
I find I am most successful when I can match my clients to vendors I know and love, ones that I have worked with before, those that have proven to be excellent and consistent. For this reason, I only offer wedding planning services in the Greater Tri-Cities area, the Appalachian Highlands.
Full-Service Wedding Planning is designed for couples who want experienced guidance from start to finish. This service includes strategic planning, vendor coordination, and hands-on execution to ensure a seamless and well-organized wedding day.

• Assistance with creating and managing your wedding budget
• Strategic guidance and recommendations to build your vendor team
• Attendance at select vendor appointments and venue walk-throughs
• Review of vendor contracts and coordination of vendor schedules
• Site visits to ceremony and reception locations as needed
• Development of a detailed wedding timeline two months prior
• Distribution of timeline and communication with all vendors
• Follow-up with vendors leading up to the wedding
• One-hour rehearsal coordination
• Arrival four hours prior to ceremony (unless otherwise indicated)
• Supervision of décor setup and on-site coordination
• Limited décor setup (welcome table, cake table, favors, dance floor props)
• Pinning of boutonnieres and corsages
• Coordination of post-ceremony family photos
• Delivery of final payments and gratuities to vendors
• Oversight of cleanup and breakdown for 30 minutes post send-off
• One security officer provided for events where alcohol is served
10% of total wedding vendor costs (minimum fee $2,000)
